RETURN & EXCHANGE
Unworn glasses in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We partner with Happy Returns to make your returns & exchanges easy. Just make sure to have your order number handy.
Return Policy Exceptions
After 60 days or without Mutrics proof of purchase, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. We remain committed to empowering athletes everywhere and we always want to play fair. So our official policy is that we'll make it right as long as your request is reasonable.
If we accept your return, you can ship it back to us with your original Mutrics proof of purchase for a refund. Without the original Mutrics proof of purchase, the value of your return will be based on the last known selling price of the item and your refund will be issued as a Mutrics eGift Card. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
We're happy to offer size/color exchanges through firmabs.com within 60 days of your purchase. And we've made it easy. If you'd like to swap an item for another size or color, simply go to mutrics.com/contact to request the exchange, print your free return label, and send back the item you want to exchange.
NOTE: We're not able to offer exchanges for gifts, gift cards, customized gear ( Mutrics ICON or Musig XPRESS), or for retail purchases.
Returns From Other Retailers
The best way to handle a return for purchases made through any of our partner retailers is to take your gear back to the original retailer. Our Customer Service team is only able to accept returns for items purchased from mutrics.com, or Mutrics Brand House and Factory House store locations.
Quality & Performance
In the rare case that your gear is incorrect or damaged in transit, or that you experience issues with quality or performance of your gear, we'll make it right. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for assistance.
